Mid/Sen Business Analyst/ Product Owner Up To 2500

We are looking for 01 headcounts for this role. You will:

• Work closely with insurance experts to gather requirements.
• Provide detailed specifications with the mockup, workflow, and rules for user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Cooperate well with our agile team to deliver amazing work.
• Report directly to the Product Manager.
• Mentor and supervise team members

• At least 5 years of senior level business analyst or product owner experience in software.
• Proven ability in typical BA skill set - requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modeling techniques, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with the Agile development team.
• Passion for building enterprise products and starting from scratch with domain experts.
• "Can-Do" spirit & Work under pressure.

For Senior level:

• Experience in leading teams and monitoring project performance.
• Experience in cross-domain and big projects.

Nice to have

• BA/PO/PM qualification.
• Familiar with Agile principles, tools (Jira), and techniques
• Good English skills in communication and documentation
• Strong capacity to learn new business and systems with attention to details
• Having experience in B2B systems
• Financial services or insurance experience is a plus
