Business Analyst

EQONEX Group is a NASDAQ listed digital assets financial services company focused on fairness, governance, and innovation. The group encompasses a cryptocurrency exchange, EQONEX, as well as an over-the-counter trading platform. It also offers a front-to-back integrated trading platform, Access Trading, a securitization advisory service, EQONEX Capital, a market-leading hot and cold custodian Digivault, and asset management business Bletchley Park.

The Team
The team is building a new digital asset exchange that is purpose-built for institutional and accredited investors. The vision of the EQONEX exchange is to be the first fully compliant, institutional grade trading platform that fully acts in accordance with the best interests of its participants. The team is divided into groups focused on building a rigorous compliance infrastructure, highly responsive and resilient FIX connectivity, a low-latency matching engine, and an industry-leading account infrastructure with strong protections, fine-grained permissioning, and highly responsive deposit and withdrawal services.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand the systems, the users, and drive passionately towards identifying core opportunities for the product. Understand the workflows, needs, value drivers, and goals.
• Interface with various stakeholders across multiple business units understanding their requirements, and developing and/or enhancing existing solutions to meet their needs.
• Analyze opportunities and provide guidance on high-value capabilities. This includes the shaping of the platform roadmap.
• Prepare technical and progress reports, reviews and analyses of efficacy of current processes.
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Help maintain an orderly backlog and informative documentation.
• Conduct onboarding for new team members.

• Bachelor's University degree or Postgraduate degree;
• 3+ years of BA / Project Management experience
• Experience in Outlining core processes, articulating challenges and opportunities.
• Able to comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Proven analytical background, with advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfort with Agile operating models; Deep expertise in Planning and Monitoring large projects. Expert in Project execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
