Business Analyst

To help our clients manage their cutting edge products, we're looking for someone who can:

• Attend product planning sessions to document features and roadmap items.
• Work with the product manager to convert requirements into Jira epic and bite-size tickets with requirements and test cases.
• Manage and track the progress of those Jira tickets.
• Work with the team to test and verify the delivery matches with the acceptance criteria
• Work with the team to remove roadblocks, wherever there is a lack of clarity in requirements or details required to deliver features.
• Work with the team to plan and execute product releases, including but not limited to release notes preparation, post-release verification (smoke testing), and monitoring of system logs/alerts for errors.

• 4+ years experience at BA or similar positions.
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must-have.
• Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology infrastructure and computer software applications.
• Good UI/UX knowledge/experience.
• Good presentation and client relation skills.
• Facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex projects.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects.
• Having a technical background is a plus.
