Business Analyst

Reporting: Ensure all report (for monthly/quarterly/annually) are sent to parent company on time and accurate manner.
Budget controls audit checks (audit for budget tracking of Business Units)
Budgeting & forecasting process and ensure effective processes to track and course-correct financial targets.
Budgeting & forecasting for Viet Thai International Corporate.
Lead and work with external auditors for Viet Thai International Group and offshore (including review and reconcile consolidated report)
Complete monthly compliance report base on financial data and inform Finance Director for non - compliance matters.
Other tasks assigned by Finance Director and CFO
Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information
Consults with other teams to support overall forecasting and data analysis initiatives
Prepares and presents informative visualizations that intuitively display large amounts of data and/or complex relationships, key assumptions, and business drivers to provide insights and recommendations for leadership to make informed decisions
Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency
Screens, categorize, evaluate, reconcile, reports and resolves data integrity issues
Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data or results and escalates unusual problems
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
