Key Responsibilities:
- Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project
- Conduct requirement in requirement gathering workshop
- Analyze business flow and user requirement
- Document the client's business requirements in detail
- Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents
- Communicate with end user, department to clarify business and support if there is any change requirements from end user
- Communicate with development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation
- Support development team to communicate with the end user regarding implementation QA/Issue
- Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training...
- Prepare training material, UAT plan for team members, end user
- Execute the UAT to ensure functionalities works as expected
- Support end user after launching software products
Requirements:
Knowledge, skills and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the BA role.
- Work experience in deployment and operation role is a plus.
- Ability to write the SRS documentation releating to High Level Requirement, Use Cases, Screen Description, workflow, diagram.
- Ability to use any UI/ UX design tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, and so on.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine the best solutions.
- Logical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
