- Requirements Gathering: Act as a vital link between our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and executive teams, and our clients. You will be responsible for gathering detailed business requirements through effective communication and collaboration.
- Documentation: Translate business needs into comprehensive requirements documents. Ensure these documents are clear, concise, and accurately capture client needs and expectations.
- Development Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, handing over requirements documents and ensuring a thorough understanding of the project objectives and client expectations.
- Configuration Tasks: Perform configuration tasks within our admin portal to tailor our products to meet specific project and client needs, ensuring a high level of customization and satisfaction.
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Possess strong knowledge of SDLC, enabling effective participation in project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Programming Background: Have a foundational understanding of programming languages, which aids in communicating effectively with the development team and contributes to more efficient problem-solving.
- Project Management: Exhibit excellent task and time management skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Agile Scrum Methodology: Be familiar with Agile Scrum practices, participating actively in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Innovation and Problem Solving: Engage in brainstorming sessions focused on product development and enhancement, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
