- Thu thập, phân tích và chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành tài liệu chức năng. / Gather, analyze, and transform business requirements into functional documentation.
- Là cầu nối giữa business khách hàng và đội ngũ kỹ thuật. / Act as a bridge between the client's business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Workshop với khách hàng để phân tích nghiệp vụ. / Conduct workshops with clients to perform deep-dive business analysis.
- Viết BRD, FSD, SRS, User Stories. / Author key project documents, including BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Stories.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với SA/PM/Dev để đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp. / Collaborate closely with SA, PM, and
Developers to propose appropriate solutions.
- Xác định rule nghiệp vụ, validation logic. / Define business rules and validation logic.
- Hỗ trợ SIT/UAT, viết test case nghiệp vụ. / Support SIT/UAT processes and develop business test cases.
- Xác nhận kết quả UAT với khách hàng. / Verify and obtain UAT sign-off from clients.
- Quản lý backlog và thay đổi yêu cầu (CR). / Manage product backlogs and handle Change Requests (CR).
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên / Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
