Job Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders and relevant parties.
Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to ensure logical consistency and technical feasibility.
Prepare and maintain business documentation, including BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Business Flows, and Business Rules.
Collaborate with UI/UX
Designers to develop and review wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
Work closely with
Developers and QC teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure product quality.
Analyze API integrations, payment systems, data flows, and third-party service integrations.
Participate in Product Backlog management, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Contribute to the development of technology products across
Fintech, Blockchain/NFT, Loyalty, PropTech, and Enterprise Management Platforms
.
Requirements
Minimum
03 years of experience
as a Business Analyst in software development.
Proven experience in business analysis for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and Admin Portals.
Proficiency in preparing business documentation, modeling business processes, and defining functional specifications.
Strong ability to analyze Business Rules, Validation Rules, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), system state transitions, and exception scenarios.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, Request/Response structures, Webhooks, and experience using Postman.
Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and software architecture.
Proficiency in Figma, Jira, Confluence, [protected info], or equivalent tools.
Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
Fintech, Blockchain, Loyalty Programs, or E-commerce
is plus.
Previous involvement in ERP, CRM, Booking Systems, Property Management Systems, or platforms involving multiple system integrations.
Experience working directly with clients and business partners to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.
