1. Understand Customer Business Requirements and Establish Collaborative Frameworks
- Assist the Account Department team in conducting strategic benchmarking and high-level engagements with customer CxOs to identify core business needs.
- Lead the planning and design of business solutions for the Account Department, establishing an annual cooperation framework that aligns with customer goals, integrates key success topics, and supports the CxO's primary management priorities ("one thing" approach).
2. Conduct Regular Financial and Business Insights for Customers
- Provide timely interpretations and analyses of customer quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports, distributing internal business briefings to relevant teams.
- Perform data-driven insights into business trends, including revenue structures, user demographics, traffic patterns, user experience, and device usage, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and leveraging internal/external data sources.
- Deliver specialized in-depth analyses on topics of interest to customers and the Account Department, such as pricing packages, competitive landscapes, and roaming services, to inform decision-making.
3. Manage Value Operations for Insight-Driven Business Solutions
- Oversee benchmarking and planning of insight solutions on the customer side, identifying relevant Use Case (UC) scenarios and objectives.
- Collaborate with Data Analysis teams to derive insights on target users and services, developing comprehensive insight dashboards.
- Partner with System Architecture teams to design, integrate, and validate the effectiveness of each insight UC.
- Handle value presentation and closure of insight UCs at the customer interface, ensuring ongoing operations and sustainability.
- Accumulate and manage insight UC assets, including case summaries and providing peer support.
4. Provide Marketing Support for Products and Services
- Work with product and service teams to execute marketing activities, such as exhibitions and summits, to generate leads and opportunities.
- Support the value proposition and presentation of service solutions like SmartCare, expanding market reach and influence.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Experience in mobile operator sales and business intelligence (strong plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to team collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
• Superior oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities and fluency in English.
• Preferred telecom background with solid knowledge of IT systems (OSS/BSS/SDP), Value-Added Services (VAS), and consulting services.
• Self-starter with high self-confidence, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of the operator environment from operational and network perspectives, with familiarity in Fixed and Wireless technologies, as well as transport and service layers.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with proficiency in structuring and solving problems using a hypothesis-based approach.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end telecom operations and maintenance processes (e.g., ITIL, eTOM).
• Proven track record in executing consulting projects and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
• Ability to perform complex solution selling through a consultative approach, including creating engagement models for customer interactions.
• Capability to identify and develop mature consultancy service opportunities.
• Proficiency in understanding financial models, business cases, and ROI; ability to analyze opportunities, recommend pursuits, and strategize deal closures.
• Expertise in providing strategic market and customer insights, including knowledge of telecom operator business models, organizational structures, decision-making processes, and overall workflows.
• Strong awareness of the competitive landscape and ability to develop strategies for improving market positioning.
• Deep connections at the C-level, with multi-level relationships within operator environments.
