Sales Director who not only hunts and closes enterprise clients, but also shapes the long-term go-to-market strategy that fuels our growth.
If you have a powerful C-level network, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to think big while executing flawlessly, this is the role to make your mark.
What you'll do
Strategic Leadership
Partner with the CEO & leadership team to design and refine Vui App's enterprise sales strategy.
Translate market insights and client feedback into product and
business development directions.
Define scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and team structure for rapid growth.
Position Vui App as the payroll innovation leader through thought leadership, partnerships, and key industry engagements.
Sales Execution
Hunt, pitch, and close enterprise B2B clients (preferably 1,000-10,000+ employees).
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → negotiations → closing.
Build and maintain deep relationships with C-level executives to unlock long-term contracts.
Collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
Track pipeline, deal health, and revenue impact; report directly to the leadership team.
