Job Descriptions:
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Chairman and BODs, internal departments of different portfolio businesses; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with low-mid-senior management staff.
- Communicates / Translate directly and on behalf of Chairman to ensure the best outcomes of ideas and messages getting across to different parties.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners, especially Vietnamese accounts, to build business opportunities from Chairman's connection.
- Writing/ Translating EN-VN speeches or other materials for Chairman to present at companies' events, meetings, conferences.
- Coordinating with sales & marketing staff across all portfolio companies to maximize profits while maintaining sustainable growth following Chairman's core ideas and business core values.
