Business Consultant (Logistics/WMS)

REQUIREMENTS
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in WMS consulting or implementation in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Strong understanding of logistics processes (inventory, inbound/outbound, picking, location management, etc.)
• Experience or solid understanding of ERP integration with WMS
• Experience in business analysis and process design (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Full-cycle project experience (analysis → implementation → go-live → stabilization)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with manufacturing ERP or integrated ERP systems
• Experience in MES or smart factory projects
• Experience in global or Vietnam-based projects
• PM/PL experience
• Experience in logistics KPI design and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to communicate in English or Vietnamese

• Problem-solving and process optimization skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Documentation skills (requirements specifications, design documents, etc.)
