Summary:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts within a specified area by ensuring contract fulfillment, pursuing business expansion opportunities, and maintaining high customer satisfaction to secure long-term revenue, profit, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Implement existing customer contracts, ensuring delivery of Air Liquide Vietnam commitments and contract compliance, executing necessary price updates, and providing support for debt collection.
- Maintain vigilance against competitor activity (customer defense) while strategically identifying the optimal time for contract renewal and business expansion.
- Develop winning strategies, build effective solutions, and formulate commercial approaches to successfully secure renewals and business expansion.
- Actively manage and enhance customer satisfaction by conducting customer visits, efficiently handling complaints, ensuring timely enquiry responses, and understanding customer needs and insights.
- Lead and execute local Account Management programs, implement cluster/group-wide account management initiatives, and complete other essential tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or
business development relevant experience in the industrial products from petrochemical, oil and gas or related industry
- Innovative, result-oriented and self-motivated
