Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development and
Marketing Executive to support the Firm's business development, marketing, and client engagement activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a law firm environment, where business development is closely aligned with legal practice, client relationships, and market positioning.
You will work closely with the legal team and operations manager, supporting high-quality, client-facing initiatives that require accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of professional services
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Marketing
• Support the implementation of the Firm's business development and marketing strategy
• Assist in preparing client communications, presentations, and pitch materials
• Prepare, update, and manage capability statements, fee earner profiles and CVs, and fee proposals
• Track and manage fee proposals and internal BD processes
• Maintain and update BD systems, including CRM tools (such as SalesForce or HubSpot), marketing databases, and internal platforms
• Manage mailing lists and client
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, awards, and legal directory rankings
• Support with the legal directory submissions
• Support the production of legal briefings, publications, newsletters, and website content using for example Canva
• Manage and promote the Firm's digital platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media channels
• Coordinate, organise, and support events (seminars, webinars, client trainings, and networking events), including logistics and execution
• Prepare post-event reports and manage follow-ups with clients and stakeholders
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants to support BD and marketing activities
• Manage BD-related administrative tasks, including ordering stationery, business cards, other BD-related material and payments
• Work closely with Partners, fee earners, and internal teams to support client development initiatives
• Provide ad hoc support to the Admin Team and assist with additional projects as required
• Any other task as assigned by the Managing Partner, Partners or Operations Manager
• Occasional travel may be required to support business development activities
