Summary: Support business development activities by managing customer communication, coordinating internal stakeholders, overseeing purchase order execution, and ensuring timely reporting and project follow-up.
Manage and follow up customer communications, inquiries, and requests.
Oversee Purchase Order (PO) processing and ensure accurate and timely execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, production, logistics, QA, finance, warehouse, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Support pricing updates, quotations, and customer reporting.
Follow up on new product or business development projects and ensure timely progress.
Prepare sales reports and maintain relevant commercial documentation.
Support administrative tasks related to business development and account management.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in business development, sales support, customer service, commercial operations, or similar roles.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Good customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a proactive working style.
