Business Development (B2B - Office Design)

- Generating New Leads to Co-IDB target clients.
- Approach new potential clients and explore new business potential (B2B) (Workplace Design & Build Project). - Identify, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to determine target markets and contacts to pursue to achieve revenue goals.
- Actively work with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
- Develop sustainable and long-term business relationships with key clients.
- Actively participate in client identification, qualifications, and pursuit processes.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and contact information within and outside of the company.
- Review contact terms & conditions.
- Support project teams in coordinating meetings, client responses, and other administrative tasks.
- Work with the appointed Project Director to ensure the database is kept up-to-date with information about project opportunities.
- Act as a conduit to communicate project needs to the graphic design team.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to help achieve business goals.
