• Develop and implement strategic

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Conduct market research to inform business strategies and identify industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to foster successful partnerships.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and growth metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Train and mentor junior team members in business development strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the chemical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the chemical distribution market and its competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chiness is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.
