Mô tả công việc
Department: Department
Direct Reporting Lines: CEO
- Presenting the company to the market in Vietnam
- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Close new business deals; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Lead the pre-development process for some assigned projects which includes but is not limited to market and site identification, contract negotiations, zoning/ rezoning, deal structuring, relationship building/management with both internal and external partners, etc.
- Interface with existing strategic partners to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Be responsible for the business performance and activities of Business Development Department
- Take an active approach towards identifying opportunities of new projects
- Create development plans and growth projects.
- Coordinate with other partners in consulting/designing to identify market opportunities.
- Develop relationships and liaison with the Government Authorities
- Develop and implement training plans, regularly train the team, in order to develop a professional team, in line with the company strategy.
- Other tasks/ projects assigned by CEO

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor/College Degree preferably in Construction, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing (Female priority)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the field of construction, project development, interior decoration, retail
- Minimum 8 years of experience as Business Development Director
- Outstanding communication skills; ability to express thoughts and articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively in both written and oral forms.
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize high workloads efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
- Ability to develop strong and effective relationships across the organization, with service providers, industry networks, Government and Authority Departments.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sales and result oriented
- Good at sales management skill/ construction industry knowledge/marketing principles
- Growth mindset, be capable of interpretation of business direction
- Having vast personal & business networking
