Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at RICE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that expand our market presence and enhance our competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including strategy and production teams.
Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Can speak, comprehend write email in English.
