Approach and build relationships with new customers (B2B);
Follow up and take care of potential leads to close deals;
Improve our customer understanding and knowledge about our products;
Keep updated on market requirements and trends and competitors' actions;
Recommend, develop and assist in the company's promotional and marketing strategies;
Weekly reporting and reviewing of activities;
Directly report to Business Development Manager.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the B2B in Vietnam (strong business development and customer relationship management capability). Experience in HR Service industry is preferred;
English skill (speaking and writing) is very necessary;
Ability to organize seminar and telesales to approach new customers;
Good communication report and presentation skill;
Strong analytical, scenario mapping, and decision-making skills;
Computer skills (Microsoft office);
Friendly, active, patient and detail-oriented;
Ability to work individually and under high pressure.

Allowance: 300.000 vnd/ month
Phone allowance: 400.000 vnd/ month
