Manage, follow up, and maintain relationships with partners, with a focus on banking and financial sector partners.
Proactively identify, approach, and develop new banking clients to expand the company's business network.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to support project implementation, monitor cooperation progress, and respond to client needs in a timely manner.
Participate in product introduction and training sessions for clients and partners when required.
Draft and prepare localized, professional, clear documents and material for internal and external usage.
Contribute ideas to improve internal workflows, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and improve service quality.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the direct manager, department head, or company leadership.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, International Business, or other finance related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in
Business Development, Project Management, Account Management, Partnership Management in B2B business.
Candidates with experience working in banks, payment companies, remittance company, Fintech or other financial institutions are preferred.
Proficiency in English for daily communication and work purposes, Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving mindset. Open to new tech and innovation.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with different internal teams.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to take on assigned tasks flexibly.
Attractive salary package: VND 30,000,000 - 50,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
