What you'll do
Identify and acquire new partners through field sales, direct outreach, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct regular field visits and meetings with potential partners.
Build relationships with business owners, SMEs, factories, workshops, and local communities.
Present our partnership model and negotiate partnership opportunities.
Manage the partner pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.
Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding and engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and support their ongoing engagement.
Track sales activities, pipeline, conversion, and partner acquisition KPIs.
Provide market feedback and insights to support our expansion strategy.
Travel regularly across Hanoi and neighboring provinces when required.
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in Sales,
Business Development, Partnerships, Field Sales, or Partner/Merchant Acquisition.
Experience in FMCG, e-wallet, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, retail, or other field-sales environments is preferred.
Strong hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willing to travel regularly across Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
Fluent English is mandatory.
