Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential businesses in Japan for partnership opportunities.
- Engage with decision-makers through various channels to introduce our services and negotiate deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Track and manage all partnership activities, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.

What We're Looking For:
- Highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Fluency in Japanese and good English skills.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
