*Scope of Work (Summary):
- Discovery and explore new business opportunities
- Assess and define partnership for potential business
- Development Business structure till handover to operations
* Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Find and collect information about potential business deals and analyzing market strategies - 15%
- Support in developing and negotiating contracts - 15%
- Research information related to company's project, business industry to identify new trend and potential new markets -15%
- Execute to make the site survey and land location study- 15%
- Manage the consultants and execute the activities related to the approval of master plan, investment certificate, enterprise registration certificate - 40%

* Experience & Skills/Competencies
- Qualifications:Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture
- Language Proficiency: English TOEIC Score: intermediate level
- Technical/Behavior Competencies (3-4):
+ 3-4 year experienced in land development field, project management related to real estate investment
* Prefer: Male
+ Making, editing texts/documents to officials
+ Communication and presentation skill
+ Teamwork skill
+ Analytical thinking skill
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
+ AutoCAD (prefer)
