JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Support the planning and execution of business development strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate leads through LinkedIn by optimizing your profile, expanding your professional network, and utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Share valuable content and engage with potential clients on LinkedIn.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in a similar Business Development or Sales role.
Strong English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive mindset with creativity and a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6, timeline 8:30 AM - 6:00PM ( nghỉ trưa 1h30)

Mô tả công việc:
Hỗ trợ tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới trên thị trường quốc tế.
Hỗ trợ duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại và tiềm năng.
Tham gia vào quá trình chuẩn bị và thực hiện các kế hoạch kinh doanh.
Hỗ trợ nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh.
Sử dụng LinkedIn để tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng, bao gồm tối ưu hóa hồ sơ, kết nối với người trong ngành, và sử dụng LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Chia sẻ nội dung giá trị và tương tác với khách hàng tiềm năng trên LinkedIn.
Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ về hoạt động kinh doanh.
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
UV có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
Tiếng Anh thành thạo (Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết).
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.
Năng động, sáng tạo, và có tinh thần cầu tiến.
Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và độc lập.
Quyền lợi:
Lương tháng: Upto 20M+ Commission

Đánh giá tăng lương 2 lần/ năm dựa theo năng lực và hiệu quả công việc.
