- Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies (foreign market & IT outsourcing products).
- Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/ meeting/ proposal)
- Manage and review internal sales process compliance
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Experience in Sales/ Marketing/
Business Development for foreign markets. Prefer candidates having experience in the IT field.
- Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5++) / or Korean Topik 5, Topik 6 / or Japanese N2, N1;
- Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent proposal writing, project management and analytical skills.
