Job Description
General information:
Department: Business Development - Retail
Work location: The Manor Office Tower, Me Tri, Hanoi
Working time: 8:30 - 18:00 (lunch break: 1.5 hours), Mon - Fri
Job details:
Reporting directly to the Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies for the promotion and sales of pharmaceutical/cosmetic products of the assigned brand, while adding real value to the Business Development Department. You will also conduct business cooperation activities with current stakeholders as well as looking for opportunities to cooperate with other potential partners/customers.
Key responsibilities:
Search, evaluate, connect with global potential partners - global brands/suppliers of pharmaceutical/cosmetic products or medical devices
Research and evaluate potential domestic and international markets/customers
Coordinate with Marketing department to design and implement programs to promote brand identity, carry out marketing activities, build sales processes & systems.
Attract, negotiate, build and maintain a network of sales partners
Monitor and ensure business efficiency and operational efficiency in collaboration with related departments
Update, analyze information about the market and competitors, propose business development ideas as well as measures to limit risks
Drive, monitor and report on Company sales results
Other related tasks as assigned
Requirement
Job requirements & skills:
Bachelor's degree
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
Languages: Vietnamese - native, English - professional, ability to use other languages such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean is a plus
Good IT skills;
Have job management and arrangement skills;
Have a vision for the pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical market.
Plus points:
Experience in implementing projects on pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical products and supplements
Experience of working in international working environments or studying abroad
