Mô tả công việc
• Research and connect with foreign B2B travel agencies. Prepare and update price list/tour program for customers/travel agents
• Identify decision makers in targeted leads to initiate the sales process. Conduct random calls to identify potential customers.
• Maintain good relationships with partners and respond to their needs effectively.
• Collaborate with appropriate team members to identify the strategic sales approaches.
• Coordinate with related departments to develop products/services to meet the needs of Partners/Customers
• Take care and regularly record customer feedback to re-evaluate products/services.
• Maintain and expand the company's database of potential customers.
• Other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business preferred
- For new / fresh graduates, less than 1 year of experience needs to demonstrate competence from past successes or outstanding extracurricular activities (Chairman/Vice Chairman/Member of External Relations Committee) ... of clubs, organizations inside and outside the university) or other personal achievements
- Long-term development orientation in the field of B2B sales and passion for the tourism industry
- Fluent English communication skills is a must. Excellent would be an advantage
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel
- Be assertive, agile and a team player
- Have a vision, creative ideas and strategic thinking
- Organized and have an eye for detail
- Ability to work under high pressure to achieve goals
- Good communication, organization skills, listening skill
- Excellence in negotiation
- Ability to work proactively, fast but correctly and efficiently
- Needs to be honest, hardworking and reliable
