Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
● Independently identify and prospect potential clients in the digital media advertisement industry to generate new business opportunities
● Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and objectives, and develop customized digital media advertising solutions
● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's digital media advertising services and expertise
● Take full responsibility for managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
● Negotiate mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both the company and the client, ensuring a smooth transition to the contract execution phase
● Collaborate with the Account Management (AM) department to identify suitable resources and ensure their availability for client projects
● Facilitate seamless handover of clients and project details to the AM department after contract signing, ensuring clear communication of client requirements and expectations
● Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
● Act as a liaison between the client and the AM department, providing necessary information and ensuring a smooth transition for project execution
● Continuously achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating a high level of accountability and results-driven performance
● Stay updated on industry trends, digital media platforms, and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into client solutions
● Build a strong network within the digital media advertisement industry, attending industry events and actively participating in professional communities
● Collaborate with internal teams to leverage their expertise and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system
● Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through self-learning, training programs, and professional development opportunities

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
● At least 2 years of working experience as BD or sales in an media-related industries
● Well-versed in writing & speaking skill in English and Vietnamese
● Good communication and presentation skills
● Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently, as well as team-work with partners.
● Honest, energetic, empathetic and passionate.
● Open to new experiences.
