About the Role
The
Business Development Executive will support revenue growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in closing deals. The role is focused on execution, pipeline building, and developing the ability to convert opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
This position offers exposure to a wide range of hospitality stakeholders, with opportunities to engage senior decision-makers and participate in meaningful commercial discussions to introduce RH1's entertainment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Outreach
Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking) to build a qualified pipeline
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking
2. Sales Support & Deal Execution
Support the sales cycle: scheduling meetings, preparing materials, follow-ups
Assist in proposal preparation and basic client presentations
Work closely with senior team members to move deals toward closure
3. Client Coordination
Act as a point of contact for initial client communication
Follow up with prospects and support relationship building
Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure
4. Market Insights & Reporting
Track competitor activity and market trends
Provide regular updates on pipeline status and conversion progress
Support reporting and data analysis for business decisions
