About the Position
Maison Interior is an Office Design & Build company providing end-to-end workplace solutions for businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients and partners, and develop potential Offi ce Design & Build projects.
Responsibilities
● Identify and develop corporate clients with offi ce interior design, renovation, and fi t-out needs.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
● Understand clients' needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to propose suitable solutions.
● Coordinate with relevant internal teams throughout the proposal, quotation, bidding, and negotiation process.
● Manage and follow up on assigned projects; proactively engage with clients, coordinate key activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
● Follow projects from initial engagement, proposal, and negotiation through contract signing and execution; maintain strong client relationships throughout and after project completion.
● Take ownership of individual sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar commercial roles.
● Experience in Offi ce Design & Build, offi ce furniture, construction, building materials, or related B2B industries is an advantage.
● Strong hunting mindset with the ability to proactively fi nd and develop new clients.
● Good communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Self-driven, proactive, resilient, and result-oriented.
● English communication and an existing B2B network are advantages.

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Alternate Saturdays
