About the Role
RH1 is looking for a proactive and curious Business Development (
Fresher/ Intern) to join our team and support our business growth initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, B2B communication, and sales support. You will work closely with the CEO and senior team members to explore new business opportunities and connect with potential partners across the hospitality, real estate, leisure, and entertainment industries. No prior sales experience is required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to take initiative in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Lead Generation
Research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities in relevant industries.
Identify target companies and key contacts to build a database of potential clients.
Support outreach activities through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Keep lead information and outreach activities organized and up to date.
2. Sales & Business Development Support
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
Support the team in following up with potential clients and tracking ongoing business opportunities.
Join client meetings when appropriate to learn about business needs and commercial discussions.
Work with senior team members to support the sales process and develop an understanding of how B2B deals progress.
3. Client Communication & Coordination
Assist with initial communication and follow-ups with potential clients.
Help coordinate meetings and ensure timely communication with prospects and partners.
Support internal coordination when business opportunities move forward.
4. Research & Reporting
Research competitors, industry trends, and potential market opportunities.
Update lead trackers and prepare basic reports on outreach activities and pipeline progress.
Assist with other business development tasks and projects as needed.
