We're expanding our business and looking for
Business Development Executives / Managers
who understand the IT recruitment or IT services market and are ready to develop new business opportunities.
🔹 What You'll Do
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
Develop new client relationships and expand our customer portfolio.
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable IT Staffing & Outsourcing solutions.
Work closely with the Recruitment & Delivery team to fulfill client requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, and drive revenue growth.
🔹 What We're Looking For
Experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Recruitment, or IT Headhunting.
Understanding of the IT Staffing, IT Outsourcing, or IT Services market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive mindset with an interest in developing new business opportunities.
Direct BD experience is a plus, but not mandatory
for candidates with a strong IT recruitment background and market understanding.
