ATS Vietnam specializes in IT Staffing, IT Outsourcing, and recruitment solutions, connecting businesses with qualified technology professionals to support their hiring and project needs.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for Business Development Executives / Managers who have a good understanding of the IT recruitment or IT services market and are interested in growing business opportunities with us.
What You'll Do
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Build and develop relationships with new clients and business partners.
Understand clients' hiring demands and recommend suitable IT Staffing & Outsourcing solutions.
Collaborate with the Recruitment & Delivery team to ensure successful project execution.
Manage business pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and contribute to revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
Background in Business Development, Sales, IT Recruitment, or IT Headhunting.
Good understanding of the IT Staffing, IT Outsourcing, or IT Services market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and interested in business development.
Direct BD experience is a plus, NOT a must. Candidates with solid IT Recruitment / IT Headhunting experience and a good understanding of the IT staffing market are also welcome.
