1. Drive Business Growth
Lead the go-to-market strategy for our CRM/Zalo Mini App solutions and proactively expand into the F&B and retail sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
Leverage your personal network to generate early traction and warm introductions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and business decision-makers.
Continuously gather customer insights, competitor updates, and market signals to refine sales strategy and support product development.
2. Leadership
Serve as a core member shaping sales standards, workflows, and best practices.
Opportunity to build and lead a Sales team as the business scales.
Contribute to defining hiring profiles, onboarding frameworks, and performance expectations for future team members.
Provide mentorship and guidance once new hires join.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to run campaigns and strengthen brand visibility.
Coordinate with Product & Operation, Technical and Legal & Finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deal execution.
Provide attentive after-sales support to drive successful product adoption and long-term customer retention.
Yêu cầu
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with the ability to work across Vietnam.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in SaaS and POS/CRM/Loyalty solutions.
Strong hunter mindset; not afraid to knock on doors or approach new clients.
Existing network in F&B, retail, SMEs, or digital transformation solutions is a big plus.
Ability to build processes, coach future members, and take ownership of a new team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Vietnamese native + English or Japanese (one foreign language required).
High professionalism, integrity, and a service-minded attitude.
