The Business Development Leader will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new publishers and partners who own traffic for affiliate campaigns. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional affiliate marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing.

DESCRIPTION

Identify and recruit potential publishers who can add value to affiliate marketing campaigns;
Train new publishers on processes, tools, and strategies in affiliate marketing;
Conduct training sessions and workshops to guide publishers on affiliate marketing strategies and tools;
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with publishers;
Provide ongoing support and strategic advice to help publishers optimize their performance;
Ensure regular communication with publishers to address issues and support them throughout campaign execution;
Analyze and select suitable publishers for each affiliate marketing campaign;
Coordinate and oversee the distribution of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with advertiser requirements and policies;
Monitor campaign performance, ensuring publishers adhere to regulations and policies;
Evaluate campaign results and provide detailed reports to project management and stakeholders;
Seek and contact potential publishers through various channels;
Provide strategic recommendations to improve and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns based on performance data;
Analyze data to identify top-performing publishers for each campaign, ensuring selected publishers can achieve campaign goals;
Offer technical support to publishers regarding campaign implementation;
Provide promotional materials and necessary content for publishers to use in campaigns;
Ensure publishers' activities comply with legal regulations and company policies;
Conduct periodic audits to ensure the quality and performance of publishers.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
Strong understanding of the Digital marketing landscape and industry trends;
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making;
Proven track record of recruiting and managing publishers in an affiliate marketing environment;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms;
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in affiliate marketing.
