Our client is a French corporation specializing in civil & infrastructure engineering, offers you very friendly and multi-national working environment. Looking for a Business Development Manager to help the company expand business in Vietnam.
Junior candidates with 1-3 years of working experience are welcome to apply as we are building a team.
Responsibilities
Perform the BD & Sales process for the company independently throughout SEA region.
Identify, find and contact potential customers and develop the company network in the region.
Identify & call projects / contacts and arrange customer meetings. Introduce general service scope and find suitable offer scope for the company.
Arrange bidding for projects and keep contact with the customer throughout the bidding process.
Arrange the internal offer preparation processes with the technical team.
Get all relevant project info and market info to prepare and provide successful offers. Develop suitable sales strategies for different projects.
Find partners internationally for projects that require a partner for bidding.
Perform market analysis and prepare market information reports for different countries and services.
Requirements
Business or technical degree.
5-10 years experience in related functions.
Knowledge of the civil engineering sector
Fluent English communication
International mindset, communicative and relatable for customers.
Very systematic working approach.
Technical and commercial understanding.
