Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General management of sales activities of freight forwarding business.
- Provide sales direction to HODs.
- Leading sales and customer services department to develop freight forwarding business and expanding customers and agency network.
- Executing business strategy including day to day customer management, operational development,
business development.
- Ensure each
Sales executive achieves their set targets.
- Organizational development: provide on-going coaching and training to staff.
- Planning business strategies with Board of Director.
- At least 3 year-experience in Freight forwarding & Logistics industry.
- Good sense of market price of sea-freight and air-freight rates.
- Graduated College or University.
- Must speak, write and read English fluently.
- Good at computer/software skills.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service mindset and building relationships.
- Organized, process- oriented, highly motivated, disciplined and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure.
