Business Development Manager (german speaking)

• Develop a profound understanding of gbc engineers service portfolio.
• Analyse current business operations and project management processes.
• Prioritize and improve business operations and project management processes by using proven methods (e.g. agile/scrum/waterfall/kanban) and available software that suits the business model.
• Implement internal data analysis by connecting existing ERP system (Odoo) with data analytics software (e.g. MS PowerBI).
• Implement business controlling and project controlling KPIs.
• Assist and supervise international accounting and controlling staff incl. liaising with external tax consultants and auditors.
• Risk management: Identify business risks and implement appropriate measures.
• Change management: Ensure a smooth implementation of improvement measures; communicate with affected departments and work closely together with IT support team.
• Resource management: contribute in defining job descriptions and deciding what positions need to be filled; support in HR recruitment of German employees; establish system for performance monitoring and reporting; enhance compensation and benefit system; optimize company organizational chart.
• Knowledge management: Implement proper process documentation with focus on practicality.
• Dual Vocational Training Program: Be responsible for the overall management of the program including but not limited to liaison and reporting to project partners and assuring the fulfilment of achievements within defined milestones as per contracts.
• Other job-related tasks as assigned by directors.
• Always act in the best interest of the Company and advise management accordingly.
