Equipped with a robust portfolio of own green and sustainable process technologies and leveraging on strategic partnerships, we are actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Rieckermann (Vietnam). This role will focus on identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within this dynamic and rapidly evolving market landscape.
Focus areas: Fertilizer, Renewable Energies, Green Chemicals, Waste to Energy
Key Duties
Market Strategies & Business Development
Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and develop market strategies to grow the business.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential and trends, identify potential investors and competitors.
- Keep constantly updated on relevant technology knowledge, trends, and best practices while analyzing potential investor needs, challenges, interests, threats, and industry trends.
- Develop comprehensive market strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This involves setting clear goals and defining target markets.
- Analyze customer investments, assist customer in economic feasibility studies and business cases.
- Being visible in the market and identify, cultivate, and close business opportunities, drive growth and technology solutions.
- Select and participate in local fairs, seminars, conferences and attend local and international company events.
Investor Approach
Execute market strategies to reach potential new and existing investors to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop value propositions, conduct presentations and demos, proof of concepts and any other related demonstrations as relevant to sales.
- Regular update of CRM system.
Investor Relationship
Develop, establish, and maintain long term, positive relationships with investors.
- Make contact and promote good relationships with knowledge carriers, key investors, and decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with investors by emphasizing the company's comprehensive industrial solutions.
- Provide excellent service to investors by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs.
- Find solutions to investor problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions that will consistently result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales.
- Represent Rieckermann to the public, key stakeholders, and partners to ensure a good reputation.
Partner Liaison
Establish a good relationship with relevant suppliers/partners.
- Build close relationships with the responsible personnel of relevant suppliers.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure that offerings meet investor demands and are effectively positioned in the market. This includes gathering investor feedback, and refining product features.
- Attend product trainings and partner meetings.

Yêu cầu

- Degree as Process, Chemical Engineer
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales or business development in downstream Petrochemicals & Chemicals, Oleochemicals, Energy, green or renewable industries
- Access and/or sales track record to major industry players
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working well under pressure
- Working self-reliantly
- Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility
- Team and disciplined working spirits
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
