Department: G1 Mart
Report to: Operations Director
RESPONSIBILITIES
Finding potential customers to be included within F&B products and services
Cross function collaboration with Customer Service & functional teams to achieve key business objectives
Develop sales plan to acquire & build long term relationship with strategic key customers
Identify opportunities as well as providing key to build sales strategy
Align with the business' overall sales strategy and develop medium to long term strategic plans and tactics to achieve target
Deliver market intelligence regard to F&B trends, root causes analysis, state of the competitive marketplace, product development needs, and customer/prospect perceptions
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services
Recruit/Train Sale teams to achieve Sale KPI
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Business.
At least 5 years of experience in customer service, in which at least 3 years of experience as the customer service lead, customer development
Have knowledge about F&B/ Grocery / Ecommerce is an advantage.
Have experiences at E-commerce platforms such as: Shopee, Lazada, Grab Mart,..
Have knowledge about business, retailing, and customer service
Planning skill.
Team management skill.
Good communication, persuasion, and task-organizing skills.
Teamwork.
Understand products and customer insights.
Forecast and understand the market.
Proficient in English (4 skills).
