Mô tả công việc
Develop for 3PL business development/sales (Warehousing & Value Add services, Transportation, Freight, Cross-border, CTL and other 3PL Services) with new customers and service expansion with existing Key Accounts
Do market research in order to build proper solutions to win biddings, business plan of the company in each period; suggest price policy; clarify the access directions, appropriate and flexible supporting services for each kind of customer and goods;
Develop close and strong relationship with customers to maintain and grow more business with them.
Take the lead in customer generated RFQ with price and services offered effectively to acquire new customers as well as develop existing customers to meet sales targets and contribute to meet country gross profit:
Flexibly & actively co-operate with operation teams to work on solutions for optimum costing for RFQ.
Lead internal teams to solve issues of operations and complaints from customers, better services and provide more supporting services to customers;
Conduct Performance appraisal for team member and develop team member by coaching and effective leadership;
Periodic reports according to the requests from head of department or other arising reports when required.

Yêu cầu
Over 3 years of relevant experience at the same level in business development in Contract Logistics
University degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade, or Foreign Languages
Good command of English (oral and written)
Good management, inter-personal and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer service, problem solving and account management skills
Strong Analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel and MS Office
Strong networking skills
University degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade, or Foreign Languages
