OVERVIEW
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Kingspan's Commercial team. It is your responsibility to help us on market development for our insulated panel business in ASEAN and wider Asia region with the new presence of our Vietnam Greenfield factory, serving the above market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Ambassador for the Kingspan Insulation Panels
• Clearly present the Business Strategy and KPIs to the Country Director
• Execute technical presentations to architects, consultants and specifiers
• Achieve a minimum quota of new project pipelines and specifications each month per set KPI's
• Maintain and expand CRM database of prospects within assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Target project influencers such architects, consultants and developers to present our products
• Build trust and develop relationships with architects, consultants and developers that contribute to the specification of Kingspan panel products
• Research the market to find potential new installers and delivery partners for our product ranges where required.
• Report weekly and monthly on activities, specified projects, customer activity and projects won using the Kingspan reporting templates
• Ensure high levels of customer support are delivered to specifiers, consultants, contractors and end users
• Provide technical support and product training to existing and potential customers
• Monitor project specifications, technical submissions and product proposals to clients
• Provide intelligence on customer, competitor activity and market trends
• Business analysis throughout the assigned territories
• Provide input into the company's new product and new market development activities.
• Other tasks as required.

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENT OF SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
• University graduate in Business / Economics / Marketing / Engineering or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Manager / BDM, preferably in Project Sales in construction material business.
• Highly confident with using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Good understanding of the sustainability challenges and trends in today's construction market.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Good selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Good communication and writing skills in English essential, the Korean language is an advantage.
• Excellent time management and organization with a keen eye for detail.
• Creativity and business-driven mindset.
• Creative thinking, outgoing and enthusiastic approach.
