Mô tả công việc
1. Partner relationship building and management
Identify and select Licensed Immigration Consultants or Law Firms in Australia, Canada and US to work with ATS as partners for immigration services
Work closely with partners to select suitable immigration programs for Vietnam market
Maintain effective coordinations and liaison between partners and immigration customers
Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing partners
Identify new partners and explore new business opportunities for ATS immigration services
2. Developing and managing marketing strategies; Building product and pricing strategies for ATS Immigration Services
Develop and manage a business plan for ATS immigration services
Develop and manage marketing strategies to achieve goals and objectives of an approved business plan
Work closely with partners and Marketing Department to plan and implement marketing and lead generation campaigns
Work with Marketing Department to create marketing materials to promote immigration services
Work closely with partners and other departments (Marketing and Counseling) to develop product and pricing strategies. 3. Customer relationship building and management
Identify and understand customer's needs and expectations to introduce suitable immigration programs
Coordinate liaison between customers and immigration partners to ensure communiation are effective and services are professional
Maintain regular communication to update customers on their immigration application status.
4. Developing an operation system for immigration business; Managing sales performance
Develop an effective operation system for ATS immigration business
Develop, implement and manage sales activities to achieve sales targets
Develop and manage incentives/bonus for sales staff
Prepare and present sales reports
Manage lead follow up activities.
5.Staff management
Work with HR to recruit staff members based on development of immigration business
Manage and motivate team members to achieve business targets and goals
Staff training and performance evaluation
