Oxalis Adventure is a leading adventure tour company renowned for its unique and exhilarating experiences in the heart of Vietnam. Our mission is to offer unforgettable journeys through some of the world's most spectacular natural landscapes, including the famous Son Doong Cave, the largest cave in the world.
We are seeking a results-oriented and proactive Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand the company's offerings and align strategies to target key markets.

Key responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will regularly perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Build and lead the Adventure Consultant Team (4 members).
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned to the Adventure Consultant Team.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, including exploring new markets beyond the company's current resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with team members to develop and execute strategies that promote business growth and achieve set goals.
• Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Analyze the business performance of the Adventure Consultant Team to make strategic adjustments as needed.
• Update the Sales Director on the business performance of the Adventure Consultant Team on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist the Sales Director in preparing the annual business report for the Sales Department.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing team performance.
• Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to achieve goals and sales targets assigned to the Independent Sales Team.
• Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting.
• Passion for adventure travel and a love for adventure.
• Understanding of adventure caving or previous participation in an Oxalis tour is a plus.
Working locations: Ho Chi Minh city Office or Hybrid
Working Hours: Flexible
