I. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors to achieve company goals.
• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients in international markets, especially in the US, through online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Consult and present the company's technology solutions, covering Digital Health, MedTech, product development, manufacturing, and post-public product maintenance.
• Understand client's needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Managed and maintained long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering the growth of new projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Regularly update clients on new services and features to strengthen partnerships.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and Digital Health and MedTech demands to identify growth opportunities.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or similar roles, with a strong focus on IT Outsourcing.
• Proven success in managing large-scale outsourcing projects and securing clients from US markets.
• Passionate about and knowledgeable in Digital Health, MedTech, and wearable medical devices.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and solution-based selling.
• A consultative approach to business development focused on delivering results.
• Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
