Mô tả công việc
I - GENERAL FUNCTION:
A Business Development Officer is responsible for achieving sales and/or profit goals in which he/she identifies, recruits, engages and maximizes the production of all Independent Agents and Brokers. In addition, he/she also manages and mentors account executives demonstrating advanced sales, market research and business skills.
II - DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the independent agent and brokerage communities across Vietnam to:
• Understand the various needs of the independent agent and brokerage office, delivering services through a strongly developed support structure
• Establishes the key account Agents for the company to implement a strategy for business growth whilst identifying key Agents to engage and develop for IA development strategy
• Understand and analyze the insurance market for agents how to make product comparison and choose the right product
• Promote PCV's products and solutions, as necessary
• To support and maximize both agent and customer satisfaction using PCV's company products and services
• Proactively identifies potential recruits to maintain the service levels for predicting future business and to meet the business plan
• Personally engage to activate agent's business activities
• Provide and manage workshops, training sessions in high level performance for engagement with all agents and brokers
• Communicate and advise for agents how to sell effectively and consider selling PCV products to be good source of income
• Provide input and advice in new client development
• Coordinate with relevant departments for the required support of the agents and brokers, effectively and promptly
• Maintains and updates precisely all activities with assigned accounts to show results of activities and Initiatives leading toward subsequent improvementof performance
• Prepare and present an annual plan to outline how the successful development of the independent agent and brokerage communities will be achieved
• Manage and deploy resources professionally and efficiently to meet assigned targets and objectives
• Prepare and communicate various reports for the PCV management
• Other duties as required

Yêu cầu
IV - QUALIFICATIONS:
• University or College Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a sales or business development position in the Health Insurance sector
V - ATTRIBUTES and ABILITIES:
• Good knowledge of the insurance market in Vietnam
• Good command of spoken and written English, MS Office, Outlook Express, Web, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proactive ability and able to work independently
• Friendly, reliable and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel as job requires
• University or College Graduate
