* Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative selling approaches to deliver solutions that add value to clients and enhance their business operations.
* Commercial Strategy: Drive the business growth strategy by establishing clear goals and targets, continuously monitoring the market landscape, and developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue expectations.
* Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our unique value proposition and align with clients' requirements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Profile
* Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services or a related industry.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* Mindset: Strong commercial acumen with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
* Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated individual who thrives in a challenging environment and is eager to conquer new business challenges.
