Lead Qualification: Employ a meticulous approach to assess potential customers' needs, budget, and decision-making authority to ensure optimal lead qualification.
Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively guide qualified leads through each stage of the sales pipeline. Through clear communication and presentations, demonstrate how our products or services address their specific challenges and deliver value.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential customers through various communication channels. Actively listen to their needs and cultivate trust through a consultative approach.
Collaboration: Work cohesively with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies. Collaborate with pre-sale technical consultants to address client's technical inquiries. Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to account managers and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 2 of experience in a BDR or related sales development role/account management or lead generation roles
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English/ Japanese
2 years of experience in IT industry
Proven success in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (specify any required software)
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
