Key responsibilities
· New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across North America to drive growth and expand market presence.
· Strategic Partnerships: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships, leading negotiation processes to secure business deals and contracts that benefit the brand.
· Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure investment efficiency and strategic alignment.
· Pricing Strategies: Develop and execute pricing strategies based on thorough market research, competitor analysis, and understanding of market demand.
· Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to inform strategic business decisions and identify areas for growth.
· Sales Program Management: Create and oversee sales programs tailored to regional markets, aiming to maximize revenue and brand penetration.
· Sales Funnel Management: Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
· Brand Strategy Alignment: Ensure all business development activities are in line with the brand's strategic objectives and contribute positively to brand image.
· Marketing Collaboration: Actively contribute to marketing initiatives by providing market insights and collaborating on campaign strategies.

Key skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for experience in the North American market.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and effectively drive business growth.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Familiarity with the furniture, interior design, or design industry, as well as North American business culture and market trends.
Preferred: Holders of a USA passport for ease of travel and a deeper understanding of the local business environment.
Preference
Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools to manage leads and sales performance.
Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
